Will my solicitor represent me in court?
In many cases, yes, but this is dependent upon your solicitor. At Zeus Family Law, we often represent our own clients in hearings to ensure consistency, confidence, and informed advocacy throughout.
Not always. Where a case is particularly complex or requires specialist legal opinion, we may recommend instructing Counsel. We work closely with respected barristers’ chambers to ensure our clients receive excellent representation.
